What I owned and contributed.
- Built and repeatedly evolved stateful bundle systems including Build Your Own Set, Panty Bar, preset bundles, multi-step product selection, variant validation, gallery state, and bundled cart behavior.
- Implemented resilient search and collection fallbacks with desktop filtering, mobile drawers, dynamic filter state, no-results handling, and search-result presentation.
- Worked across cart and checkout behavior, product configuration, inventory-sensitive gifting, merchandising, customer messaging, order tracking, and production hotfixes.
- Improved storefront performance by deferring offscreen and third-party assets, reducing render-blocking CSS, optimizing images and SVGs, and loading expensive content only when needed.
- Implemented Global-e pricing, geolocation, delivery, localization, accessibility, SEO, and analytics work, then contributed to the later React, TypeScript, Hydrogen, and Sanity rebuild.
A hard problem
Evolving complex commerce without losing state or momentum
Bundle builders, international pricing, inventory, product configuration, search fallbacks, and cart behavior each carried state that could break across variants, devices, locales, or platform changes. Over four years I moved from production fixes into larger application-style systems, learning to evolve those flows safely across both the Liquid storefront and later headless architecture.

The engagement documents sustained direct implementation from early storefront work through complex commerce systems and the Hydrogen rebuild, alongside steadily increasing technical ownership. No single business metric is attached to this work.
